Welcome to beamio. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing is handled by our payment provider Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Content and AI Usage

Our Service allows you to generate content using Artificial Intelligence. You relate that:

• You are responsible for review and accuracy of any AI-generated content before posting it to LinkedIn.
• You will not use the Service to generate spam, hate speech, or illegal content.
• We do not claim ownership of the content you generate.

4. Fair Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. This includes not probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall beamio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
